At 60% Grenache and 40% Mourvèdre, it has a very deep ruby color and medium-intensity aromas of red plum reduction, cream, hint of fennel, milk chocolate and chicory root. The acidity is low but adequate, it is dry on the palate and shows a medium extract, medium fine soft-textured tannins and a medium body with nice length and persistence of red plum reduction, creamy, fennel, milk chocolate, a hint of earthy/gingerbread flavors and a medium finish. 2024-2026–IR
