Intense tropical fruit aromas with a touch of flint lead to a smooth palate. This is a lightbodied white wine with lots of mango and lemon flavours made by Olivier Mandeville at Domaine Peirière. The estate at Azille lies in the heart of the Minervois, while some of the vineyards are just outside the appellation producing varietal IGP wines. The location benefits from the proximity of the Montagne Noire to provide cool relief at night from the summer heat.
