Pale straw hue. Pronounced nose with notes of lime leaf, lime zest, green apple, gooseberry, cut grass and tangerine. The palate is surprisingly textured – almost phenolic – with decent weight and notes of stone fruit, including apricot, white flesh nectarine and tinned peach. A lingering finish is reinforced with a bitter almond note and leesy feel. Entertaining left-field option, for sure. 2026-2029 – MP
