This 2022 Hautes Côtes de Beaune white was fermented at moderately cool temperatures and aged for several months on fine lees to yield a fresh, fruity, rounded style of Chardonnay. The desired result was indeed achieved: the wine is broad and lively with notes of ripe citrus and orchard fruits. Crisp acidity enhances the juicy fruit flavours.
