Pale ruby hue. Still in its infancy but showing encouraging notes of red currant, strawberry jam, raspberry and mulberry. There is a huge whack of tannins allied to sweet red fruit including red cherry, plum and red currant on the palate. The oak adds cinnamon, clove and vanilla. Give this time, and it will certainly deliver. 2026-2028 – MP
