Very pale in colour with an onion-skin hue, Esprit 2021 has fresh white fruit aromas with nuts, fennel and delicate floral notes. It is medium-bodied and smooth with cola flavours and good depth. It is a blend of 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 20% Cinsault. The juice was left to macerate briefly on skins.
