Similarly pale in colour to the Esprit, this is a more serious vinous rosé. Some earthy fruits, strawberry-leaf aromas lead to a supple mid palate which is round and crisp with pink grapefruit flavours. A blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Cinsault grown on a predominantly limestone slope facing north. Direct pressing of the grapes was followed by fermentation in traditional concrete tanks.
