From vines of 30 years average age, this Savoie specialty was fermented with ambient yeast and without malolactic conversion. A platinum pale yellow color in the glass. A refreshing, sorbet-like attack of medium-intensity aromas of lees, quince, starfruit and white currant on the nose. The theme continues on the dry palate of medium acidity, extract and body, with a soft texture and a nice length, with the well enunciated replays of starfruit and quince along with a grapefruit pith fading into a medium finish. 2024-2026–IR
