A medium amber in appearance, the nose features dried pear, fennel, honeycomb, butterscotch and sake/fusil and slightly medicinal notes. It is sweet with a medium-minus adequate acidity, a medium extract, a medium texture, a medium-plus warm alcohol and a medium body. It shows a nice length and persistent flavours of dried pear, wild honey, fennel, medicinal herbs and a medium-plus finish. You can actually taste the Cognac in this Pineau.
