Elisabeth, AOC Pineau des Charentes, Blanc, Bio
The “Elisabeth” Pineau des Charentes Blanc is made from two major Cognac grapes, Colombard and Ugni Blanc. After seven years’ maturing in seasoned French oak barrels, aged flavours of leather, roasted nuts and dried fruit abound. The palate is velvety smooth and warming, with lingering smoky notes on the finish. 2023-2028–JB

Elisabeth, AOC Pineau des Charentes, Rouge, Bio
The Merlot grapes for this Pineau des Charentes red hail from a mature estate vineyard with clay-limestone soils. Post fortification, the liqueur is matured in French oak barrels previously used for Cognac ageing. After seven years in barrel, the wine is velvety and subtly warming, with notes of kirsch, prune and earthy undertones. 2023-2028–JB
