A light lemon-yellow robe here. The nose has medium-plus intensity aromas of oil, pasta dough, chalk and a hint of yellow apple and aloe. Dry with medium-plus acidity palate shows medium-plus extract, a soft texture, medium body and lovely length and persistence of pickled lemon, yellow apple, aloe, pasta dough and chalky flavours, and a medium-plus finish. Not Alsatian, stylistically, but not run-of-the-mill Italian either. Quite big with presence and class. 2025-2026–IR
