Fresh white fruits, pear drops, and mellow biscuit aromas make this a very pleasant and easy drinking Chardonnay. Grapes were harvested in the early morning hours. After a slow soft pressing, the juice was fermented at low temperature, with 25% aged in French and American oak barrels for six months.
