The Generation 8 Shiraz is very inviting on the nose with its notes of black olive tapenade, ripe dark fruit and exotic spice. The same flavours are mirrored on the palate in a fleshy, medium-bodied frame. The finish is dry with the same hint of refreshing, dried herbal bitterness that comes through. 2025-2028 –JB
