Although closed at the moment, this is showing early promise, with notes of apricot, dried honey, lemon peel and white peach. The palate reveals an inviting juiciness courtesy of stone fruit like nectarine, peach, red apple and tangerine, plus a dollop of candle wax. There's brisk acidity and even a herbal note on the finish. Lovely, and invitingly inexpensive. 2026-2028 – MP
