Ripe fruits, pear drops and bonbon anglais give lots of appeal in this refreshing rosé made from Pinot Noir, planted in 2000 on the higher slopes at Groote Post at 450 metres. This plot was originally planted with a view to making sparkling wine – an experiment one harvest using leftover Pinot Noir grapes led to rosé, becoming a permanent feature in the wine portfolio.
