An immediate Coup de Coeur, winemaker Lukas Wentzel has produced a Sauvignon Blanc with intense elderflower and delicious lime cream aromas. It is soft and flavoursome with a very long finish. The Sauvignon vines are now 20 years old, planted at 250 metres and south facing. Grapes were harvested in the morning before the heat, hand sorted and then left for 6-16 hours on skin contact prior to fermentation.
