The Darling region is known in particular for the quality of Sauvignon Blanc produced. Groote Post’s 2021 has quince and lime blossom aromas with a savoury edge which follows onto the palate. It is firm with a crisp acidity and citrus-pith finish. Sauvignon Blanc was planted at Groote Post in 1995 at an elevation of 280 metres.
