Earthy and mineral characters on the nose give way to reveal sour cherry and smoky notes on the palate. This is a medium bodied wine with grip and a sour plum twist. It is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Carmenère. Each variety was harvested at maturity — April 18th for Cabernet Sauvignon and May 1st for Carmenère.
