Nicely developed with pine and forest floor aromas, this is a medium-bodied wine with nice weight and good balance. More dark fruits emerge on the palate, which is supple. Château Giscours is a third-classed Grand Cru Classé situated at Labarde in the Margaux Appellation. The estate owns some vineyards just outside the Margaux Appellation, classified as Haut-Médoc, from which this wine is made.
