Here is an attractive take on the grape making its name in neighboring Galicia. The wine displays a medium lemon-yellow appearance and medium-intensity notes of ripe fresh quince, white currant, yellow kiwi or yellow gooseberry, daffodils and chives. Dry with a medium acidity, the palate has a medium-plus extract, a soft texture, a medium-plus body and lovely length and fruit of lemon sorbet, yellow kiwi, fresh quince, flowers and chives, and a medium-plus finish.
