Varied climatic influences along with a diverse range of soils in the Höpler vineyards allow for a number of grape varieties to be successfully grown. Half of the winery’s production is white wine, while 45% is red wine and a final 5% is sweet wine. This is a bright, light-bodied wine with a refreshing profile of red berry, plum, spice and herb supported by a light tannin.
