Complex tertiary notes of undergrowth and black fruits are subtle and integrated. This is a smooth wine, fine in texture with fine-grained tannins. It is nicely rounded with mellow flavours of mulberries and undergrowth. K is for Kirchberg, Höpler’s most precious vineyard, and 7, for the natural unity of body (4) and soul (3), representing harmony.
Each magnum comes in a wooden box and will be signed by the winemaker
