Here is an elegant, flavoursome and supple Riesling with fresh apples, peaches and spicy flavours, medium-bodied with a long, crisp limey finish and the concentration and balance to develop for some years. Grapes were picked by hand September 16-18, gently pressed and fermented at low temperature.
