Pale lemon hue. It's Sauvignon, Jim, just not as we know it! There is a back-palate of ripe fruit including gooseberry, candle wax, dried honey and sweetcorn in this one, as, presumably, only the Austrians know how. Definitely add to your list of Sauvignons recently discovered. 2026-2027 – MP
