Pale pink in colour, Insaciable is a barrel-fermented rosé. The use of American and French oak confer a more complex character rather than overt oaky flavours, creating a Provence style of rosé. It has winey yeasty notes on the nose, leading to a smooth and well-balanced palate. Produced from Garnacha, grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and juice left in contact with the skins for four hours.
