La Casa de Lúculo was founded by Juan Garcia and Virginia Arranza in 2006. The pair wanted to save old bush vines in Navarra in Spain’s Basque country and to safeguard the heritage that these represent. Los Bohemios was produced from old Grenache grown on the lower mountains of the Pyrénées close to the border with France. Intense aromas of red cherries, red apples and cooked fruits lead to a supple palate. More red cherry flavours are complemented by a good juicy acidity and fine texture.
