From 50- to 70-year-old vines, it had a three-month stint in fourth-fill barriques. A light lemon-yellow in the glass. There is a medium-intensity aromatic set on the nose with cardamom, dandelion milk, hot oatmeal, almond milk/marzipan, grapefruit and chamomile flower. The dry palate follows with a medium-minus acidity, a medium extract, a soft-plus texture, a medium body and lovely length and flavour intensity of dandelion milk, oatmeal, marzipan, flint and grapefruit and medium-plus finish. 2026-2027-IR
