Appealingly pink in colour, with restrained redcurrant and sherbet aromas, this is quite a serious rosé wine. Produced from 80% Durif and 20% Pinot Noir grapes, flavours of watermelon and green apple show through on the palate. A refreshing wine, relatively low in alcohol at 11.5%.
