A deliciously, immediately attractive and interesting wine with aromas of white peach, pink grapefruit and limes. It is medium-bodied with more sour citrus characters emerging on the palate. The majority of the blend is Sauvignon Blanc with 25% Sémillon and 25% Gewurztraminer. A small amount of oak was used on the Sémillon component to add complexity but is not apparent.
