The “Nona” cuvée features Grenache, Carignan, Merlot, and Syrah aged for just under a year in French oak barrels of varying sizes. The 2021 vintage is flora with ripe black and blue fruit and undertones of wild Provençal herbs. The palate is bright and juicy with vivid dark fruits and tobacco hints.
