Delightful yellow nectarine, mandarin and honeysuckle aromas lead to a smooth palate with more fresh peaches. This medium bodied white with a crisp lemon finish was produced from 100% Vermentino. Most of the island of Corsica is made up of granite-based soils but there are a few localized spots with limestone bedrock. The appellation of Patrimonio in the northern part of the island is renowned for its limestone rich clay soils.
