My favourite wine in the line up of Las Veletas, this is a blend of 55% Petit Verdot and 45% Cabernet Franc. It is a full-bodied wine with mellow forest fruits, lavender and mint flavours. Initially soft on the palate, it is structured with a grainy texture, layered flavours and a firm savoury finish. It was aged for 12 months in French oak. Not fully mature, it merits some cellaring prior to drinking.
