A rich and ripe Burgundian-style Chardonnay. It is supple with more ripe cooked fruits, toast and fresh lemon flavours harmoniously combined in a wine with nice weight and balance. Chardonnay was grown on deep sandy soils and harvested by hand with whole clusters directly pressed. The pressed juice was left to settle then fermented in French oak barrels using a combination of old and new. It was matured a further 14 months.
