The 2022 vintage Malvasia Bianca is heady with ripe yellow fruit aromas. Notes of apple and pear are replaced with tropical fruit nuances as the wine opens. The palate is smooth and rounded, with honeyed pineapple flavours that carry through on the subtly off-dry finish. A supple wine for everyday drinking. 2023-2025–JB

Verdeca IGP Salento
Verdeca is often used as a secondary blending grape in Puglia, though it can definitely hold its own as a single varietal wine. This 2022 vintage is initially shy on the nose. Hints of ripe yellow fruit and wet stone emerge with aeration. The palate is fresh and light with pleasant salinity on the off-dry finish. Drink now. 2023-2025–JB
