Salice Salentino DOP
A blend of mainly Negroamaro with Malvasia Nera aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its forward, fruity character. Heady notes of baked and dried dark fruit feature on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with abundant dark fruit, herbal flavours. Finishes reasonably fresh with a firm tannic frame. 2023-2027–JB

Salice Salentino Riserva DOP
The Salice Salentino Riserva cuvée is aged two years before bottling, with a nine-month period of this time spent in seasoned oak barrels. This Negroamaro-dominant Malvasia Nera blend is weightier than its unoaked counterpart, with more prominent earthy, savoury undertones. Brisk acidity and fine-grained tannins bookend the fruity, velvety palate. 2024-2029–JB
