Stone fruits, grapefruit and mineral aromas follow on to the palate with other citrus characters and a tangy lemon acidity. Viognier was planted around 15 years ago, grapes were mechanically harvested at night, pressed and the must left to settle. The clarified juice was fermented in tank at 16-18°C.
