Leonor de Carrera Brut Traditional Method DO Cava
Grapes were grown in the Alt Penedès at Castellví de la Marca to the southwest of San Sant Sadurní d'Anoia at 300-400 metres. The Leonor de Carrera has a limey, mineral character with a lower proportion of Macabeo in the blend and more Xarel-lo and Parellada. It is crisp and well balanced on the palate with white fruit flavours shining through. The vineyard was previously owned by an elderly lady, Leonor: Josep promised her that he would look after her vines and continue her legacy of making quality Cava. This was his first solo project.

Leonor de Carrera Brut Rosat Traditional Method
Leonor de Carrera rosé has delicious red fruit and herbal aromas. It was produced from a blend of black grapes with 40% Garnacha, 30% Trepat, 30% Monastrell grown in Masquefa, 27 kilometres from Castellví de la Marca. It is well balanced with nice mid-palate weight leading to a crisp finish.
