A smooth Cava with biscuit character complementing fresh white fruit flavours. It is supple and fine in texture. This wine is named after Leonor, who lived and tended the vineyards on the estate all her life. Leonor continued the tradition started by her grandfather in the late 1800s of making Cava. Leonor de Carrera Brut is a blend of 50% Xare.lo, 25% Macabeo and 25% Parellada grown in the heart of Penedès, fermented in bottle and aged in underground cellars for a minimum of 15 months.
