Hazelnut, earth and gamey aromas lie over a red floral background. The palate is linear with sour red and black fruits, balsamic notes and a firm acidity. Produced from 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah, grapes were organically grown at 300 metres. After a 48-hour cold soak and fermentation in tank, the wine was matured with 30% in barrel.
