Domaine de Piéblanc

The Beaumes-de-Venise Appellation is best known for its sweet Muscat wines but has increasingly gained attention for its fine dry reds. This southern Rhône Appellation is neighboured by top crus: Vacqueyras and Gigondas. The youthful 2021 vintage from Piéblanc is less fruit-driven than other cuvées, with intriguing spice, herbal, and vegetal nuances. The palate is tightly knit with grippy tannins that need a little time to soften. 2024-2029–JB
