Pale salmon peach in colour, 2021 Exuberance Rosé has aromas of fresh apple, fennel and white fruits, which continue onto the palate. It is structured with some weighty fruit mid-palate, balanced by a tangy mouthwatering acidity and lemon sherbet finish. Merlot grapes are grown outside of the Saint-Émilion Appellation on vines between 3-20 years old in Saint-Quentin-de-Baron and Targon.
