L'Innocence de Séraphine is a second wine produced in much the same way as the main wine from a selection of grapes. It has more press wine in the final assemblage, producing a full-bodied wine with some chewy tannins on the finish. It has more savoury aromas with ink, musk and some horsey notes. The palate is rich and smooth with a grainy texture, black fruits, smoke and tar flavours, leading to a graphite mineral finish.
