Medium purple hue. Attractive nose offering cranberry, red currant, strawberry, violet sweets and red cherry. Mouth-filling and rich, the palate is all black cherry, cooked plum, lavender, cashew, and oregano. Tannins are melded and the bright acidity dukes it out with the fruit on a long and satisfying finish. A bit of a cruiser-weight for Beaujolais. 2026-2028 – MP
