Mellow pâtisserie, cooked fruits and vanilla aromas precede a soft smooth palate which is quite light and ethereal in nature: this is an elegant wine with a grainy texture. Not quite ready for drinking, it should develop nicely. The wine was transferred to new French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and then matured for 12 months.
