Spicy, woody notes of vanilla toast, cedar and clove currently dominate the nose. The palate is concentrated and rich with savoury flavours and some grippy tannins. This is a wine that needs a bit more time for the oak to integrate. It is well balanced and structured. Grapes came from three of Loess’ six vineyards: Corderilla, Carraboada 2 and Carravalcavado.
