Jaime Saiz de la Hoya’s flagship wine, grapes were selected from his three best vineyards Corderilla, Carravalcavado 2 and Carraboada 2. It has an intense bouquet with ripe cooked forest fruits, summer pudding and blueberries. More succulent dark fruits, blackcurrants and blackberries are complemented with nutmeg, ginger and some earthy notes. This is a fine, medium-bodied wine with oodles of flavour and a long finish. Matured in new French oak barrels for 24 months, it is perfect for drinking and should remain at its peak for the next decade.
