Intense fruity aromas with fresh raspberries, red cherry gum and banana, this wine is light in body, supple and brimming with more reds fresh on the palate. Whole bunches of Gamay grapes were fermented – a process known as carbonic maceration – which is the usual process used in the Beaujolais region to produce wines that are ready for immediate drinking.
