Coming from the Côtes de Provence subregion of Sainte-Victoire, the region is just east of Aix-en-Provence and takes its name from the Montagne Saint-Victoire, a dominant feature in the landscape that has been captured by artists over the years. Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grapes were grown around the villages of Trets, Peynier and Pourrières. It is pale in colour with elegant floral and red fruit aromas.
