A deep ruby hue to this red. The nose showcases medium-plus intensity aromas of shoe polish, roof tar/shingle, hickory, black cherry reduction, with floral and fleshy fruit elements (blood orange?) present with a little airing. The palate is dry with a medium acidity, a medium extract, medium fine-textured tannins, a medium body, medium length and fruit with flavours of roof tar, black cherry reduction, spice/clove and blood orange, and a medium-plus finish. 2025-2028–IR
