A medium-plus ruby appearance. On the nose it has a moderate intensity with mostly aroma overtones – cherry, lactic/custard, spice, pickling notes and beetroot. The palate is dry, with a medium acidity, a medium extract, medium fine-textured tannins and a medium body. The length and fruit intensity are in proportion to the rest of the frame with red cherry soup, lactic, pickling note and boiled beetroot flavours and a medium finish. 2024-2026–IR
